Associate (2-5yrs) Dispute Resolution

If you are passionate about dispute resolution, including via alternative dispute resolution methods, and eager to work on complex, high-impact cases for both international and Belgian clients, you might be the one we are looking for.

About the role

  • You will be involved in a wide variety of litigations, arbitrations and mediations in civil and commercial matters ;
  • You will work on strategic, often multidisciplinary cases and contribute to high-stakes matters in diverse sectors;
  • You will collaborate with a dynamic and tight-knit team known for its excellence and creative approach to solving complex legal challenges.

Your profile

  • You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in dispute resolution;
  • You obtained your Belgian law degree with strong academic results;
  • You combine sharp analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset and close attention to detail;
  • You understand your clients’ environment and anticipate their needs to deliver tailored, top-quality guidance;
  • You are a native French speaker or equivalent, with working proficiency in Dutch and English;
  • You are a true team player, committed to excellence and continuous development.
