Anne-Marie Gülger practices banking and financial law.

As a member of the Digital Finance team, she specialises in financial regulatory matters, payment services and e-money.

Prior to joining Simont Braun, she worked in the banking law and compliance department of a Belgian law firm and gained practical knowledge of the business world through secondment assignments.

She regularly advises Fintech startups, scale-ups and traditional actors of regulated sectors.
