Guillaume Delfosse

Guillaume Delfosse specialises in tax law.

He has substantial experience in advising companies and entrepreneurs with a focus on corporate tax, also in an international context. He assists clients in all matters related to their operational activities and their holding and financing structures. His practice covers acquisitions and reorganisations, tax due diligence, fund structuring and management compensation.

Guillaume Delfosse regularly assists clients in tax audits and tax litigation matters.

He has also developed valuable expertise in family-owned business, including aspects of estate planning.

Guillaume is passionate about the subjects he practices. He is a lecturer in M&A taxation (Executive Master of the Solvay Brussels School), a guest expert and assistant in tax law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He is also secretary general (ajdoint) of the Belgian group of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Guillaume holds a degree in philosophy and is still passionate about tax-related social issues.

Prior to joining Simont Braun, Guillaume Delfosse worked at a leading tax law firm and within the tax team of an international law firm.
