Jean-Christophe Vercauteren
is a senior associate in FinTech and Financial regulation.
He combines solid expertise in financial laws and regulations with a strong understanding of ICT matters. As a tech-savvy lawyer, he has a special interest in blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things and Robotic Process Automation.
Jean-Christophe advises banks, payment institutions, e-money institutions, insurance companies, FinTechs and RegTechs as well as unregulated businesses on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to their activities.
