Jean-Christophe advises banks, payment institutions, e-money institutions, insurance companies, FinTechs and RegTechs as well as unregulated businesses on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to their activities.
Prior to joining Simont Braun, he gathered experience as a lawyer in Belgian and international business law firms, and as a legal counsel in a Belgian bank.
