He assists companies and entrepreneurs with a focus on corporate tax, also in an international context. He assists clients in all matters related to their operational activities and their holding and financing structures. His practice covers acquisitions and reorganisations, tax due diligence, fund structuring and management compensation.
Prior to joining Simont Braun, he worked for two years within an international law firm.
