Melissa Maertens mainly practises corporate law. She assists companies in the context of M&A, among other things.

In 2021, Melissa obtained a Master in economic and private law at the KULeuven. Before joining Simont Braun, she also completed an LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université Catholique de Lyon.
