- Regular advice to a company and its shareholders owning a landmark shopping arcade and other buildings located in the heart of Brussels, covering corporate matters linked to the ownership, governance and commercialisation of such real estate assets.
- Advice on the sale of shares held by a large number of family shareholders with a 50% interest in a company owing a major hotel and other real estate assets in Brussels. We assisted the clients throughout the bidding process, including data room review, and negotiated the share purchase agreement.
