  • Advice to a UK fund active in the real estate sector on the sale to the main Belgian developer and a Luxembourg company for one of the most sought-after development sites in Brussels, located at Rue de la Loi/Wetstraat, including planning permission.

  • Regular assistance to a Belgian private investment fund active in the field of social and mid-level housing developments, covering the acquisition of majorreal estate projects.

  • Regular advice to a company and its shareholders owning a landmark shopping arcade and other buildings located in the heart of Brussels, covering corporate matters linked to the ownership, governance and commercialisation of such real estate assets.

  • Advice on the sale of shares held by a large number of family shareholders with a 50% interest in a company owing a major hotel and other real estate assets in Brussels. We assisted the clients throughout the bidding process, including data room review, and negotiated the share purchase agreement.
