Simont Braun successfully assisted the shareholders and the management of TCOG, an IT service provider, with the consolidation of its Belgian [1] and Dutch [2] activities in TCOG Holding and the investment by ING Private Equity [3].
The Concept Group is an IT service provider offering full solutions, maintenance, hosting and support to Retail, Fashion, Hospitality, and Industry SME clients in the Benelux and other European countries.
TCOG integrated its Belgian and Dutch activities into an overarching legal entity, TCOG Holding. The managers of TCOG remain the majority shareholders owning 70% of TCOG Holding. ING Private Equity took a 30% minority stake.
Simont Braun assisted the shareholders and the management of TCOG throughout the entire process and is pleased to have contributed to this transaction.
