Meilleurtaux [1] is a leading real estate and insurance broker in France. The acquisition of the Belgian-based Mid Finance [2] marks the first step towards its international expansion.
Mid Finance is active in the sectors of consumer credit, mortgage loans, and insurance, both in Belgium (Wallonia) and in Luxembourg. With this acquisition, Meilleurtaux is expanding its business outside of France.
Simont Braun, acting alongside the French law firm Degroux Brugère, is thrilled to have assisted with the legal due diligence and the negotiation of the transaction documentation, and to have contributed to this important milestone for Meilleurtaux.
