BE-Consult, based in Geel (Belgium), is a specialist provider of professional training, certification and other services in the field of health, safety and environment.
Accent is a talent placement company, part of the House of HR which is a leading services group active in the world of HR and headquartered in Roeselare (Belgium).
With the acquisition of BE-Consult, Accent creates an extension of the Talent Lab offer, centralising their entire training offer.
Simont Braun acted as a legal advisor assisting the family shareholders of BE-Consult.
