specialises in corporate law. She assists companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and the structuring of shareholders’ relations.
She also advises clients on various aspects of general corporate law.
Charlotte has been awarded the “Prize for best-written memorial” at the Moot Court Human Rights Washington DC in 2019. She was also a trainee at the operation department of Eurojust in The Hague in 2019.
Before joining Simont Braun, Charlotte worked with another independent Belgian law firm where she gained commercial and contract law experience in addition to corporate law.
Charlotte is currently completing an additional master’s degree in Company Law at the KU Leuven.
