Laura primarily practices in public and administrative law areas.
She essentially develops her activities in the field of public procurement (advisor in public procurement matters and litigations) and public contracts in general (concessions, PPP’s, PFI’s…).
In her public procurement practice, she assists contracting authorities as well as economic operators in the concept and drafting of the tenders, the attribution and the execution of procurement contracts whether they pertain to work, supplies or services. She represents clients in public and administrative litigation procedures.
Her legal practice covers also town planning and environmental law, especially in matters pertaining to the energy sector, in which she assists and defends major operators of the sector.
She equally focuses on financial public law, with an emphasis on advising public and private operators in various interdisciplinary matters, such as public procurement of financial services (loans, derivatives, etc).
Laura regularly litigates before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court, as well as Judiciary Courts.
Laura is an assistant lecturer in Constitutional Law and Fundamental Freedoms at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
