Our team is uniquely positioned when it comes to helping clients interact with regulators (licence applications, approvals of new products and communications, designing adequate governance structures…).
In close cooperation with Simont Braun’s Dispute Resolution team, our Insurance team also offers top notch dispute resolution services and regularly represents its clients before the courts, arbitral tribunals, and the Ombudsman services. We also help our clients settle their disputes with clients, partners, and the authorities through mediation.
