Lindsay Van Linthout
Lindsay Van Linthout mainly focuses on real estate law, mainly civil real estate law.
She advises and assists both private and public clients, particularly in connection with the development of property projects. She regularly drafts various types of contract and notarial deeds (contracts of sale, rights in rem such as long leases, residential or office leases, commercial leases, solar panels, etc.). She also advises on construction law, in particular on the drafting and execution of architectural and property development contracts, and has expertise in insurance law, particularly construction insurance.
To round out her practice, she is currently training in public procurement.
Prior to joining Simont Braun, Lindsay worked for two and a half years in the Real Estate and Insurance & Liability departments of another law firm. Thanks to her experience of Belgian litigation, Lindsay also handles disputes specifically relating to real estate and construction law.
