Marie Servais specialises in tax law. She is experienced in advising companies and entrepreneurs with a focus on corporate tax. She assists clients in all matters related to their operational activities and their holding and financing structures.

Marie regularly assists clients in tax audits and tax litigation matters. She has also developed valuable expertise in family-owned business, including aspects of estate planning.

Marie is a lecturer in the Department of Public and Constitutional Law at the University of Liege.

Prior to joining Simont Braun, she worked in a corporate tax law firm.
