Minh Luca Wang practices banking and financial law.

As a member of the Digital Finance team, he specialises in financial regulatory matters, payment services and e-money. He also has in-depth expertise in regulatory frameworks related to anti-money laundering (AML) and capital requirements for financial institutions.

Before joining Simont Braun, Minh Luca spent four years as a legal and policy strategy advisor at the Chamber of Representatives, contributing to public policy development and legislative reforms, including the modernisation of contract law. This experience is complemented by significant involvement in the non-profit sector and an experience at the European Parliament.
