Our team regularly assists governments in drafting legislative texts. We have been selected to draft or modernise several major legislative and regulatory texts such as the new Housing Code in Brussels.
We also represent our clients before the Constitutional Court. Our extensive experience in Constitutional Court proceedings enables us to anticipate potential pitfalls in the drafting of legislation even better.
