Alexia Faes mainly focuses on real estate and construction law.

Her practice focuses on construction law and real estate law (property law, leases, insurance,…). She advises domestic and international corporations, construction companies and real estate developers on a wide range of litigious matters.

Alexia is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters at the “Commission Fédérale de Médiation” and she participates in the “Chambre de règlement amiable (CRA)” at the “Tribunal de l’Entreprise francophone de Bruxelles” and in bMediation.

Alexia graduated from the University of Ghent in 2014. During her studies, she spent a year at the Università degli studi Roma Tre (Italy) in the framework of the Erasmus exchange programme. She obtained an additional diploma in management (ICHEC) and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Leuven.
