Arthur Van Den Bossche practices banking and financial law.

As a member of the Digital Finance team, he specialises in financial regulatory matters, payment services and e-money. Moreover, he has a particular interest in crypto regulations.

Prior to joining Simont Braun, Arthur gathered experience within several Belgian law firms as a paralegal and worked as an independent strategic and legal consultant for clients in the blockchain industry.

He regularly advises FinTech startups, scale-ups and traditional actors of regulated sectors.
