Céline Moreau

Céline Moreau has been practicing Brussels and Walloon urban planning law, Brussels and Walloon Environmental law and Real Estate law for over 3 years.

Céline carries out a wide variety of tasks within the framework of her practice, which can be listed in the following non-exhaustive list:

  • assisting and representing public and private clients in administrative proceedings and/or before the Council of State,
  • submission and follow-up of applications for planning and environmental permits, including the drafting of explanatory notes for planning projects,
  • drafting of legislative documents,
  • drafting real estate and urban planning clauses in corporate deals,
  • carrying out urban planning audits of land to assess the chances of success of a real estate project, and developing strategies for implementing urban redevelopment projects,
  • assisting and advising public and private-sector clients on contractual, transactional and litigation aspects of their most complex real estate transactions,
  • drafting of all types of real estate contracts,
  • assisting and advising companies (developers, promoters, contractors, ACP) in construction law disputes, including expert appraisals.
