Simont Braun successfully assisted ROCKWOOL, a world leader in isolation materials, with the divestment of its Belgium-based distribution company ETABLISSEMENTS CHARLES WILLE et CIE (Charles Wille).
ROCKWOOL, a multinational world-leading producer of isolation materials, decided to divest Charles Wille as it no longer fit with its core business model and to allow the company to further develop itself.
Charles Wille is a distribution company based in Mouscron and specialised in acoustic ceilings, general building insulation, dry wall and façade applications. The company has been divested to Quick-Set-Green, a Belgium-based investment fund.
Simont Braun assisted ROCKWOOL throughout the entire sales process and is pleased to have contributed to the successful divestment of Charles Wille.
