Eurofins is a multinational world leader in laboratory testing services in the food, environment, pharma products & agroscience CRO sectors.
ECCA is one of the largest Belgian-based laboratories in the country, active in laboratory testing in the food, feed, environmental and pharmaceutical sectors, and advisory services in the same fields.
Simont Braun assisted Eurofins in the legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and is thrilled to have contributed to the successful expansion of Eurofins (FR – NL).
