Emmanuelle Bagira is a member of the Digital Finance team. In her practice, she specialises in financial regulatory issues, payment services and e-money. Prior to joining Simont Braun, she completed an LL.M in IP/ICT which allowed her to develop a knowledge in data protection issues.

She advises fintech startups, scale-ups and traditional actors of regulated sectors.
