Guillaume Schultz
Guillaume Schultz mainly specialises in commercial litigation, advising and representing clients in a broad range of complex disputes before the Belgian courts. His practice focuses on contractual liability, market practices, and consumer protection.
Alongside his legal work, Guillaume is a teaching and research assistant at UCLouvain (Saint-Louis campus in Brussels). He teaches practical courses in the law of obligations and conducts academic research into market practices and consumer protection, having published several articles on these subjects.
Prior to joining Simont Braun, Guillaume worked at two Brussels law firms, where he gained experience in handling disputes before the courts.
