Simont Braun counts two partners admitted to the Belgian Supreme Court bar (Cour de Cassation/Hof van Cassatie): Paul Alain Foriers and Ann Frédérique Belle. Their in-depth knowledge of the case law of the Supreme Court is a highly valuable asset for all proceedings before Belgian courts. Our lawyers also have longstanding expertise in proceedings before the Council of State (administrative supreme court) and the Constitutional Court.
Simont Braun also stands out thanks to its broad experience before supranational courts, such as the Benelux Court and the European Court of Justice. Our litigators are used to handling cases combining cross-border aspects and/or collective redress proceedings (class actions).
