Simont Braun is delighted to announce the promotion of Charles-Edouard Lambert to Counsel, recognising his in-depth expertise in dispute resolution.
Charles-Edouard started his career as a lawyer at Simont Braun in 2013. He has gathered extensive experience in litigation and arbitration. He provides thoughtful and comprehensive guidance to domestic and international clients in complex disputes involving civil, commercial, banking, corporate and financial law. Charles-Edouard also advises clients in Supreme Court litigation.

Since 2014, Charles-Edouard has been an assistant lecturer at ULB, where he gives lectures on Introduction to Civil Law, Obligations and Special Contracts.
He is admitted to the Brussels and New York bars and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
