Luc Leboeuf’s main areas of practice include administrative, constitutional and EU law.

Prior to joining Simont Braun in 2023, Luc taught and conducted scientific research in law at various academic institutions in Belgium and abroad (UCLouvain, University of Antwerp, and Max Planck Institute).

Luc is also an adjunct Professor in the law faculty of UCLouvain. He is fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
