Simont Braun is delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Swinnen as partner in the Corporate M&A department. Tom Swinnen brings more than 15 years of experience acquired in leading law firms in Brussels.
Tom’s practice includes advising both national and international clients within the context of Corporate M&A. His practice concentrates mainly on transactional work, with a strong focus on private equity. In addition, he also acts as a trusted advisor for many entrepreneurial families and privately held businesses. Over the years, Tom has gathered valuable expertise in venture capital and private equity transactions, cross-border deals, distressed M&A, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate reorganisations, and real estate transactions.
