Ward Cuypers specialises in tax law and corporate M&A.

He assists companies and entrepreneurs in all tax matters, both related to their operational activities and their holding and financing structures. His practice covers acquisitions and reorganisations, fund structuring, tax due diligence and management compensation.

As a member of the Corporate and M&A team, Ward advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to joining Simont Braun, he worked for two years within an international law firm.
