Our Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets Team is the firm's largest department with around 20 lawyers covering all aspects of corporate law and providing a wide range of services. In a rapidly evolving regulatory environment, Simont Braun’s lawyers constantly seek to acquire in-depth knowledge of new legal developments ahead of their implementation.

Paul Alain Foriers is also one of the four legal experts who were appointed by the Belgian Minister of Justice to modernise and recodify the Belgian Companies Code entered into force in May 2019.
