Condeco is the global leader in enterprise-level workspace solutions. It provides a comprehensive workspace management suite designed to organise a flexible work model and connect people in the office and remotely.
In early 2022, Condeco acquired Proxyclick, the market-leading visitor management platform that enables the enterprise to welcome visitors and employees into the workplace without compromising the customers’ health, security, or compliance objectives.
Simont Braun advised on the Belgian legal aspects of this strategic transaction.
