As a member of the Corporate and M&A team, Julie advises clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance.

After obtaining a Master of Laws from Ghent University, she completed a Master in General Management at Vlerick Business School, which allowed her to gain practical insights into several business matters.
