Joan Carette
Joan Carette est spécialisée en droit financier et fintech. Elle combine une vaste expertise du droit financier réglementaire avec une connaissance approfondie des lois en matière de technologies de l’information, notamment l’eIDAS, protection des données, contrats IT, outsourcing, etc.
Joan conseille des banques, des établissements de paiement, des établissements de monnaie électronique, des FinTechs et RegTechs sur tous les aspects juridiques et réglementaires liés à leurs activités.
Lors de son parcours professionnel, Joan a travaillé auprès du régulateur financier belge (à l’époque, la CBFA) où elle a supervisé des banques, des bureaux de change, des entreprises d’investissement et des établissements de paiement. Elle possède également une vaste expérience en tant que juriste d’entreprise, acquise dans le cadre de deux détachements, le premier auprès d’une entité active dans les paiements et le second auprès d’un RegTech. Joan est membre du conseil d’administration de FinTech Belgium.
