Nikita Tissot
Nikita Tissot mainly practises corporate law and financial law. She assists listed and unlisted companies in the framework of mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, structuration of shareholders’ relations, and regarding financial regulations.
Nikita authored several publications in these areas and participated as an orator to a number of conferences on these subjects, and notably on the reform of the Belgian Companies’ Code. Recently, she co-authored the Précis on Corporate law, ed. 2020 (Droit des sociétés, Brussels, Larcier, 2020) and the second edition of the ‘Répertoire Pratique du Droit Belge’ devoted to the public limited company (Société anonyme, RPDB, Brussels, Larcier, 2021).
She also gained practical knowledge of the companies’ environment thanks to secondment missions within a payment institution.
In addition to her practice, Nikita is an assistant lecturer at the Université Catholique de Louvain where she has been giving seminars in Corporate law since 2017.
