He has substantial experience in advising companies and entrepreneurs with a focus on corporate tax, also in an international context. He assists clients in all matters related to their operational activities and their holding and financing structures. His practice covers acquisitions and reorganisations, tax due diligence, fund structuring and management compensation.
He regularly assists clients in tax audits and tax litigation matters.
He has also developed valuable expertise in family-owned business, including aspects of estate planning.
Guillaume is a teaching assistant at the University of Brussels (ULB) in tax law. He is a lecturer at the Executive Master in Tax Management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (M&A tax law).He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (Belgian branch).
Prior to joining Simont Braun, he worked at a leading tax law firm and within the tax team of an international law firm.
