has extensive experience in all fields of business law, with specific focus on corporate law, capital markets and banking & finance. She advises banks, investment companies, insurance companies, corporate groups and other entities in relation to M&A transactions, issuance of securities and takeover bids. She also assists family office shareholders of large listed and unlisted companies in relation to all corporate and finance issues, including corporate governance, structuring of shareholdings and shareholders agreements.
She regularly operates in close collaboration with investment banks and other professional advisors.
Sandrine Hirsch also handles litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to the areas of company law and financial law.
Sandrine Hirsch has published various contributions on company law and financial law. She is notably co-author of the book “Les offres publiques d’acquisition, 10 ans d’application de la réglementation” (Larcier, 2018). She is often invited to speak at seminars in those areas. She recently participated as speaker to several seminars on the new Belgian company law.
Sandrine Hirsch is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), of the European Society for Banking and Finance Law (AEDBF/EVBFR), of the association “Avocats en droit boursier et financier/Advocaten in het beurs- en financieel recht”, of Guberna and of Women on Board.
